Sinetolya is a digital platform offering filming locations, permit guidance, budgeting tools and industry resources for film and TV productions. Sinetolya is a brand/platform name; it is not a company.

By continuing to use the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old or, if acting on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization.

Sinetolya an official institution, municipality, governorship, district governorship or government agency is not is not one of these bodies and does not issue permits on their behalf. Institution details and filming fees on the platform are compiled from institutions' own publications and direct discussions with them; however, their current practices may change. Before applying or paying, rely on the latest information from the relevant institution.

Free members Free members can browse locations and institution lists, add their locations for free, create an industry listing and use limited document tools (e.g. creation of 1 petition).

Sinetolya Pro Sinetolya Pro members also have access to: actual institution, municipality and filming rates; detailed institution contact and permit information; unlimited watermark-free document exports; all budgeting and quote tools; showcase applications. Actual rates are accessible only to authorised users (Pro and administrators).

The price of Sinetolya Pro is €5.99 / month'is. Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle and Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions' apply. For details Refund & Cancellation Policy' for details.

Payments are processed by Paddle. As the Merchant of Record (authorized seller), Paddle handles sales, payments, billing and related taxes under its own terms of service. Paddle handles customer service requests and manages refunds.

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity on your account. Information you enter on the platform (location, listing, document details) must be accurate and up to date. The person entering false or misleading information is responsible for any resulting consequences.

• Using the platform for illegal purposes,
• Fraud, spam, fake listings or registering as someone else,
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights,
• Malware, vulnerability scanning, automated data collection (scraping) or attempts to bypass technical limits,
• Reselling or distributing Pro content (rates, phone numbers, documents) is prohibited.

The platform’s software, design, text, data compilation and Sinetolya brand belong to the operator. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right for personal/professional use only. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant permission to host and display it to provide the service.

The platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is excluded and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts may be suspended or closed for serious breaches of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated rule violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to refer consumer disputes to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remains unaffected.
