Description

It was commissioned by Sultan Selim 3 alongside Selimiye Kışlası in 1800-1801 for use by Nizam-ı Cedid soldiers. Restored by Üsküdar Municipality (Üsküdar Belediyesi), the historic building will open as a public reading house and garden.
