The facility has 587 square meters of indoor space and 3 thousand 230 square meters of landscaped grounds. Featuring examples of outstanding Anatolian architecture, the garden includes a traditional Malatya house. The house was built from chestnut wood, faithfully reflecting the architecture of Malatya Beşkonaklar. Kayısı Bahçesi has 88 specially selected apricot trees.
