Bağcılar Mahmutbey Köyiçi Mehmet Altıntuğ Köy Kıraathanesi. The building in Köyiçi Square in Mahmutbey neighbourhood was previously an unused, derelict coffeehouse. The old single-storey building, built of firebrick and stone masonry, contained a tea counter and a small toilet. As part of the work initiated to adapt the building to its new concept, Bağcılar Municipality (Bağcılar Belediyesi) drew up the project, the building's original architecture was preserved, the interior was designed, and turnkey construction was completed in accordance with the project.
