• Account details (full name, email, password): account creation and sign-in — performance of a contract.
• Profile and contact details (phone, company details, logo, signature): document and quote creation, communication — performance of a contract.
• Membership details (Pro status, subscription period): enabling Pro features — performance of a contract.
• Content you add (location, industry listing, photo, video, document, budget): service delivery and publication — performance of a contract.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, error logs, notification subscriptions): security, fraud prevention, service improvement — legitimate interest.
• Support correspondence: responding to your requests — legitimate interest.

Payments are collected by Paddle. Paddle handles payments, billing and refunds for Sinetolya Pro subscriptions as the Merchant of Record (registered seller). Payment details such as card numbers are not visible to Sinetolya and are not stored in our database. Sinetolya may process information provided by Paddle that is necessary to manage subscriptions, such as subscription status, billing periods and relevant customer/subscription identifiers. • Hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email and push notification service providers,
• The relevant sign-in provider if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple,
• The service provider for AI-powered text suggestions and photo suitability checks (only when you use the relevant feature),
• Paddle for product sales, subscription management, payments, taxes and billing,
• Legal and accounting advisers,
• Authorized public authorities when required by law.

Some of our service providers may be located abroad; international transfers of personal data comply with the conditions set out in the current Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable transfer mechanisms.

Data is retained while your account remains active and for any legally required retention periods; it is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied, including encrypted connections, access controls and permission restrictions. Actual rates and contact details are available only to authorized users.

You have the right to access and correct your data, request its deletion, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Send your requests to sinetolya@gmail.com with your request details. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
